LMS End of School Year Information

  1. June 17th is the official last day of school.
  2. Homework packets picked up on May 28th contain all required work for the final three weeks of school.Be sure to write student’s first and last name and teacher’s name on each packet.Students completing work on-line do not require packets.
  3. All work is due by Tuesday, June 16th.
  4. The office will be open June 16th from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. We will also have a drop box located near the main office for after-hours drop off.
  5. If you are unable to drop off completed work, please call the office.Staff are available to assist you.
  6. All personal belongings should be picked up by June 16th. Please call ahead so that we can gather your belongings and have them ready in the office.
  7. Library books, band instruments, textbooks, and uniforms should be turned in ASAP unless still using through the end of the school year.
  8. Fees will be assessed on June 17th.You will receive written notice if you owe money.
  9. Yearbooks will be available for pick-up June 16th-18th in the main office.
  10. Office hours for these final three weeks will be 9:00-1:00, Mon-Thurs.If you need assistance outside of these hours, please leave a message at 509-758-5506.
  11. Our food pantry will be open for the final time on June 16th from 9:00-1:00.
  12. Report cards will be mailed home the week of June 22nd.
  13. 8th grade students can begin registering for their freshman year at CHS.See handouts included in the final packet pick-up or check the LMS/CHS websites and Facebook pages.
  14. Current 7th grade student registration is completed.You will not need to do anything further.
  15. Information regarding the 2020-21 school year will be communicated throughout the summer.The LMS website and Facebook page are good places to check for updates.

BREAKFAST AND LUNCH SERVICES

We are offering breakfast and lunch pick up from 11:00AM-12:30PM, Monday through Friday at Grantham Elementary and Clarkston High School. If you cannot pick up meals during this time frame and are in need of breakfast and lunch for your kids, please call 509-769-6346 and we will work with you to figure out a plan for pick up.
